About This Car
The original Grand National was the car that embarrassed Corvettes at stoplights in the mid-1980s. A turbocharged V6 in a blacked-out Buick sedan — nobody saw it coming. This one takes that concept and multiplies it by about four.
A 416 cubic inch LS V8 with twin 67mm Precision turbochargers produces over 1,000 horsepower. Forged internals and ported heads mean this engine was built to make this power reliably, not as a party trick. Detroit Speed suspension components and Baer disc brakes ensure the chassis can keep up with the engine.
